DMCA Policy
Salmon Tacos is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This DMCA Policy outlines our procedures for addressing alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on the Salmon Tacos website, please notify us by submitting a DMCA infringement notice.
Filing a DMCA Infringement Notice
To file a DMCA infringement notice with Salmon Tacos, you must provide a written communication that includes substantially the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work: Provide a detailed description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the infringing material: Identify the material that you claim is infringing and its location on the Salmon Tacos website (e.g., specific URL(s) where the material is found). This must be specific enough to allow us to locate the material.
- Your contact information: Provide your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement of good faith belief: Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement under penalty of perjury: Include a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Electronic or physical signature: Provide your electronic or physical signature (typing your full legal name is sufficient for an electronic submission).

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the removed or disabled material in 10-14 business days unless the copyright owner files a court action seeking a court order to restrain the subscriber from engaging in infringing activity.
To file a DMCA counter-notification with Salmon Tacos, you must provide a written communication that includes substantially the following:
- Identification of the material: Identify the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (e.g., specific URL(s)) at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury: Include a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your contact information: Provide your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Consent to jurisdiction: Include a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Salmon Tacos may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
- Electronic or physical signature: Provide your electronic or physical signature (typing your full legal name is sufficient for an electronic submission).
